This is exactly the video i was looking for. I thoughy Sonya was going to be the only kameo to truly unlock sub zero's kombo potential. Turns out his old pal Scorpion is all he needed to be goated. Now lets see a lil damage buff and we are SO BACK

This is an amazing combo of characters but i honestly prefer using Jax with Sub Zero, more people should try it out because it actually works very well, having and unblockable and an air grab is very good for Sub in my opinion :D

Fuckin same. Been feeling like Iâm the only one thinking that. Scorpion can legit hit 70% on a whiff punish and raiden can get 50% without letting go of forward. Everyone cried during beta understandably cuz of his mixup potential but now itâs unsafe to go for anything cuz u canât dish out enough damage. Havenât run into one sub since beta im the only one playing him
@@Lucid-Dee update his damage isnt too bad as long as you dont do any of the beta combos those all got nerfed, i can get 37 no bar off a overhead or low starter with sareena kameo, those kombos aint easy tho lol

I really canât complain until Iâm a higher rank myself but itâs just unfair to have raiders simple ass dummy combo do 50% but subs simple combos canât do 40. Yolo still love the game and still my main
Hey bro. Thanks for posting. The Sub Zero and Scorpion kameo mix looks real good as a duo and the combos are fire, pun intended. Unfortunately a few of these in the beginning i can't for the life of me get working. Like @0:38, the Down-Back-1 klone connecting after having the opponent bounce off the floor after the Jump-1-2. All it does is come out just out of reach from touching the opponent and then the opponent falls. I've tried it numerous times. Even dashing or moving slightly different from the video. I see some comments mentioning Sub Zero got nerfed but i only see talk about decreased damage, don't see much about inability to connect certain things. Any thoughts on this? Some of the ones in towards the middle of the vid i tried and was able to get down thankfully but i think one of them i had to dash instead of walking to connect. Haven't tried any of the corner combos yet cause i had to go to work at the time of writing this, i'll definitely try them out later to see if they come out like in the vid and update if i get the chance.

@@CapDayne_Levi lol true I was just looking for something to elevate sub's tier and sareena seems to be it for me and lao is decent too
â ââ ââ @@ReneHamiltonScorpion offers Sub consistent combo extensions and that escape tool Iâve been able to get consistent damage output with him with (30-45%)
The only one who offers more damage is Sonya she can get sub 35-47% but she lacks in all other aspects
Lao only gives you the 50/50 tech from the low hat assist
Sareena is basically the no brainer that works with almost everyone for their start up combos but she lacks in damage for me

@@ReneHamilton no because itâs not possible Iâve only done it for 34-38% mid with Scorpion (unless fatal blow counts)
Sonya is the only one who can do it up to 40% because for some reason the damage scaling reduction doesnât affect her
