They literally chose their own self. And in term of the name maybe it's got inspiration from F4(flower four) from boys before flowers. Yes, F4 literally consist of 4 handsome guys. So T5 ( treasure five) kinda have the same meaning i believe. 5 handsome guy from treasure😂 and maybe we must add HOT too. Like they are not only handsome but also f Hot!
