You should get a strategy card because K 5 off suit or Any K suited is a play. It was really fun watching. You guys have a great time when you play. 👍😀
For UTH, any A and any K suited is a 4x… with a jackpot Holdem, it’s a little different… while I haven’t perfected the strategy, if your hold cards are below K8 or A5… unless you pair the first card, it’s a check. I used the detailed strategy for the difference of the games from wizard of odds.

For this jackpot, as long as the 5 community cards have straight or better and it lands on a player who played the progressive they have a chance at the jackpot.
500:1 is the standard for UTH of any kind. Jackpot Hold’em has some great payouts for the Royal. Even the trips pays 100:1 whereas most other tables pay 50:1. He was betting the table minimum of $10… 500:1 is an amazing payout!

The strategy changes significantly with the one card revealed. Interestingly, it raises the threshold to play 3x. You can 3x any pair with the revealed flop card.
I had been practicing the strategies for this game and UTH so much over the last two years that they sometimes get confusing and I do mix them up from time to time. I am working on that… that being said, I was having so much fun playing at the tables with friends, that i was more focused on the time being spent with them than strategy. Yes they paid him in chips… but they did unfortunately give him the tax form and remove the taxes… lol. Still a pretty good haul. He only bought in for $100 and left the table with $4,000+ 🎉

He did, but the jackpot wheel on this game is based on what is on the table… so with the straight on the table, we got to spin the wheel but it’s for the whole table. He won the Royal flush though

Had the 5 community cards been the Royal flush, we would have all been paid for the Royal on the “trips” bet… we would have gotten the wheel and the $500… since the king was in his hand, we did not get that wheel + $500. I’m sorry I misunderstood your question.
