      make that money bro! Stock up on the cardboard eclipse glasses now while they are still available, then walk around at the viewing party selling them to people in the hours leading up to the eclipse. I saw one guy say he made $5000 dollars in 8 hours of selling glasses. He said he started at 10 dollars, and every hour close he went up 10 more dollars in price. I'm planning on being on top of Enchanted Rock which is almost dead center. I read San Antonio is expecting over a million people traveling there just for the eclipse. That sounds hard to believe. If so, the Hill Country is going to be jam packed. It might be standing room only on top of Enchanted Rock!

    • @flyingfishsurf
      @flyingfishsurf Před 4 měsíci

      It's all or nothing. 99.9% is simply a partial eclipse and you'll miss all the things that totality brings. You won't be able to look at the sun without eye protection. Even being in the center of the path doesn't mean a thing if it's really cloudy. The path of totality only offers about a 40% chance of clear skies in the U.S at this time of year. Mazatlan, Mexico gives you a 75% chance of blue skies. The further North you go, the worse it gets. Texas is a pretty good bet, but it's still weather dependent. Know how to read weather maps and be ready to drive.
