A LW is needed, there is no Pivot, or LB. Balde is injury prone. And playing cancelo as RB is just much better. Also an attacking midfielder is needed, tho one day Fermin could easily fill in that roll. Also Julian Araujo as RB would be nice too, and wouldn’t be bad keeping Cancelo on LB.
One thing I'm sure about is that Barca is going to bully teams under Flick. His style of play is hyper aggressive. So I think a lot of physically strong players are needed. He'll definitely ask for Kimmich or Zubimendi or onana as CDMs and Nico Williams or sane as winger
