Like she appear in the last evo in final and put out a good fight,and now people use her quite a lot,i feel like she like hazama but easier to control the combo and easy to mix with other characters,i didn't try her yet but i think she's quite good

Phuc Cao tbh ruby is still one of the best, top 5 in this patch are merkava,Akihiko,Mitsuru,Ruby,and yuzu
