این ویدیو که میبیند رو از مسیر قله امام زاده قاسم یا المستان گرفتم.
یکی از بهترین تجربه‌های کوهنوردی من بود به خاطر این که مسیر ترکیبی از دشت، جنگل و کوه بود و ترکیبی از کوهنوردی و طبیعتگردی رو تجربه کردم.
بهترین نکته این مسیر ویو بی‌نظیر کوه دماوند که بلندترین قله ایرانه بود. تو بیشتر مسیر دماوند رو می‌تونید ببینید و پر انرژی قدم بردارید.
دفعه بعد که برم اینجا میرم دقیقا روبروی قله دماوند کمپ میزنم
I took this video that you can see from the path of Imamzade Qasim or Alimestan.
It was one of my best climbing experiences because the route was a combination of plain, forest and mountain and I experienced a combination of climbing and nature tourism.
The best point of this route is the unique view of Mount Damavand, which was the highest peak in Iran. You can see most of the Damavand route and walk energetically.
Next time I go here, I will camp directly in front of Damavand peak
