Tandoori Coffee Recipe ( Odia ) | Smoky flavoured coffee recipe by mrunalinee | Coffee Recipe : It is a new taste for all Coffee lovers. We all know how to make Coffee at home. There are many procedures too to make light / strong Coffee . Here I have shown my own style of making super tasty Coffee, by giving to it smoky flavour using a gas stove . But traditionally, " Kulhads ( small clay pots ) " are roasted in pre-heated Tandoor . Then hot coffee goes to the super hot Kulhad . And that roasted kulhad enhances the plain coffee aroma and flavour as well :) So, Must try this unique and aromatic coffee in this rainy weather or in Winter season. Enjoy your cup of hot Tandoori Coffee with your favourite Snacks :)
Ingredients :
1. Milk - 2 cups ( 400 ml approx. )
2. Water - 1/2 cup
3. Sugar - 3 tbsp ( or adjust according to the taste )
4. Coffee Powder - 2 tbsp ( any comp. )
5. Small Clay Pot ( Kulhad )
