Hello! This is Uyanga from the video! Thank you for sharing our experiences on this large platform and loved sharing my culture with everyone.
I wanted to include that my dad that I mentioned in the video from my memories of huushuur/ khuushuur passed away a month before shooting this video and I wanted to dedicate this video to him. I’m happy to share my memories of him and my paternal side of the family with all of you. This video and the viewers help keep his memories alive.

I don't know how the Jewish dumplings would work but Mongolians already do that. They're generally shaped differently but the same basic dough and filling shown here can be used to make different dumplings depending how they're cooked-fried dumplings are called khuushuur while steamed are called buuz and boiled are called bansh. Usually bansh are half moon shaped with pleated edges rather than the round Naadmiin khuushuur shown here but otherwise they're exactly the same so it would essentially just be a weirdly shaped bansh.

Every year here in Israel in a certain small town just outside of Jerusalem, do they have the ultimate dumpling competition it's called Kube. They will say that I have edited I haven't I can't I am using voice to text because my hands don't work and what I wanted to say is these dumplings are stuffed with meat they're made in various types and even for soup sometimes they're made savory so they're like little finger food that looks something like a football when their finger food a little mini football think of it that way literally finger size, they can be stuffed with meat or vegetables or potatoes a lot of more stuffed with potatoes but mostly with meat, some are very sour because they're with a sour soup, some are made with a borscht like soup which is a soup made from beetroot... They do not look anything like kreplach.
