I watched the video about speaking module and you mentioned it is moderated by an interlocutor, so what about the other 3 modules? Are they recorded? Or moderated my a proctor through Skype?

Entire of the test would be invigilated by an invigilator. However, listening, reading, and writing would be performed by opening a link which would be provided by the invigilator.
