Hey guys, I have a tip that I find really helpful when I want to feel more confident/sexy: dress in what makes you feel confident/sexy. So many times just what you're wearing can change your mood and the way you feel, fashion holds more power than you think ;)
Yes, and to get specific...what U feel confident/sexy in, not what a society or a bf dictates as sexy. Bc like the lady says, ultimatly, sexy is u, so you just need to find what you feel confident in, whether it’s baggy pants & heels or wearing all black....
I totally agree. I do pole dancing. I know I dance better when I my hair and makeup is done and I’m wearing something sexy. The days I’m bummy, my dancing just doesn’t go as well.
I started taking heels dance classes late last year and let me tell ya, getting in that head space of not feeling self conscious took a LOT but after a few tries and finding the right classes, the right clothes and the right people to learn with, it made a big difference and the confidence came in a lot more naturally. I suggest you learn with yourself before trying to take a huge leap if you're not quite ready for it, but do challenge yourself to finally let that inner goddess out.

I came for the dance moves, not a confidence lesson...but I for one believe that makeup and fashion are unnecessary and used for no other purpose than to make us psychologically feel like we are somehow better with them (makeup/fashion). When in reality we would never need makeup, EVER, to survive. We really don’t need clothes but they are protective and shoes are a life saver. I don’t expect anyone to share my opinion on that note, but I love these dance moves! It feels great to move my body in these ways and she taught them so well 🙌🏽 all natural + confident= sexiest by far
All these moves r connected, u can do one move after the other starting from the first. Every move ends with beginning of other move. Love it. Imma try them everyday until perfected.
I just wanted to comment that a lot of these movements are very hip based. Moving your hips in and out of the ideal posture for a person. With that said make sure you take care of your body to avoid tons of back pain. I highly recommend gaining a strong core, back, and butt to keep safe. I learned the hard way. 😅

Lemme say this: I saw even chicks that are really puffy to out it nicely. But they had some makeup on, soft sexy voice and I thought: omg, that woman is a goddess! Then looked at myself in the mirror, though I only have some bit of fat on the belly, I felt so ugly and huge it made me get into depressing for that day.... So idk what it is. I mean they looked amazing! I guess it's confidence of something that like and I for example lack it! I checked tutorials cuz I wanna surprise my fiance. I mentioned this to him just in passing and he was super excited. He says he loves how I look and I am thinking to myself: I look so horrible, how is it possible for him to say that? So idk what's going on overall... I guess it's the confidence and have a good looking face and soft tone of voice 🤷

I never liked dancing because I have zero rhythm but it's actually kinda fun now and its really good exercise that doesn't make me feel unmotivated like running. When I was a dancer, I would be doing body snaps to pick up everything off the floor without thinking about it. My girlfriend pointed it out to me one day, and I died laughing because I didn’t realize how much of my dancing carried over into my every day.
I have a pixie cut so for “hair whip” I sensually touch my hair sometimes grab a little and use the circular motion to circle, swizzle, move my body with it.
