Contact Juggling Tutorial number 5 - Palm Circles

An introduction to one of the most difficult but one of the most beautiful contact juggling tricks.
It's all about the isolation and the stillness of the ball.
This trick might drive you crazy and it might take you a long time to perfect it but don't give up because if I can do it so can you.

I’ve been practicing this one all evening! It just needs to be a little bit smoother. I practiced just using gravity and moving my hand under the ball, then giving it a little momentum.

How long did it take you to master the palm spin/circle? It's definitely a tricky one to execute with finesse. (I've just started with contact juggling and will not give up! )

I thought I could do it long before I really could and to be honest it took me years to really master it , I always tell people it's probably one of the most difficult moves to do properly and I see many professionals performer's doing it wrong, so don't worry if it's taking you some time just keep practicing and enjoying 🙏🔮

what size ball are you using for this trick, please?

I am using a 100mm but you can use a smaller ball if you have smaller hand's of just prefer ( There's no right or wrong ) 😁🔮
