Dude that standing press was awesome

I was looking at ATX squat/viking press. That machine looks good too. The path might be more natural due to the lever arm being longer.

@@Jingyih Powertec has the Lever Squat which looks and functions almost exactly like the machine you’re talking about. I have an old review for Powertec’s Lever Squat.

I prefer a slight decline on any type of pressing even for dumbbell pressing vs completely flat…I usually put my front end of the bench on a 25 lb plate. It is easier on my shoulders and helps with a natural arch without being too excessive

Sounds good. I can’t remember if you have the Levergym, but if you don’t, you’d probably really like the “flat press.”

Another great video. I want to replace my pulley wheels maybe you can help. Power tec is out of the small one and the large wheel is 4 3/4 inch 120mm and I can seem to only find 115mm do you think that would be huge difference?

@@reddragonsubliminal6440 thank you. I can not be certain. That doesn’t sound like a huge difference, so it might work. I would check to see if there is an option to return them if they don’t work.

Man you lost me on this one, haha
The machines all look the same to me, it's alright though as I'm not a Powertec guy, I watch your videos because of you. Powertec people I'm sure knew about every word you said
    Take Care

I'm surprised I don't both of them on home gym tours more often. With so many home gym people training solo, I'd put one of the two options as a priority over a functional trainer and many other choices. If training to failure alone, Powertec is hard to beat.

I have quite a few people ask me if they should go with the Levergym or Functional Trainer…and for most people, I usually recommend the Levergym. I have a feeling the Levergym will become more popular within the next year or two.

I see the multi-press way more than the lever gym. I have a multi-press myself

Have you tried inclines with the bench facing into the LeverGym?, I found that gave a more natural incline pressing movement.

Surprisingly enough, I don’t think I’ve ever tried that (just for the overhead press). I’ll give that a try at some point soon. Thanks so much.

Honestly looks like you’re getting better ROM using it normally

I could increase the ROM considerably on every exercise if I lower the safety pin setting, but it places a little extra stress on my shoulders.

Try not swinging the weight first or moving arms
