English is taught in public schools in Russia
Because English is the biggest langugage in the world hense most people need to learn it. If you're an American there is no need to learn another language.

I was going through his wikipedia page saw that he was born on 11 February like Stephen thompson,petr yan etc.. my birthday too is on 11 February but ofcourse in a different yr!
