suburbanbatherson channel suspended 2

On 16th July 2011 Suburbanbatherson CZcams channel was suspended for alleged copyright violations. Over the years Suburbanbatherson had uploaded more then 300 highly original and imaginative videos that combined beautiful soundtracks (mainly progressive rock and electronic music) with a kaleidoscopic array of vintage TV recordings. By closing Suburbanbatherson channel, copyright law and its enforcers from CZcams have deprived the internet community of these original products of human creativity. Suburbanbatherson had a truly great youtube channel. I was inspired every time I visited. These were really creative and interesting videos. I miss this channel more than I can say. I absolutely loved the Ivor Cutler and Timeslip video. You opened my eyes and ears to some great music that I searched out and bought and I thank you for all the great work you did.
I hope you find some way of getting your work back up. I know I will be looking for it.

I have uploaded two videos by Suburbanbatherson because I wanted to give his fans the opportunity to express their appreciation. I would like to know whether his videos are lost forever or whether he has a backup copy. CZcams should have not suspended his channel and I think he suffered an injustice. If we could be of help, I would be happy

Suburban Bather Son's an innovative Content Handler..; he's more a Right to use Catalog Material (Heritage Arts) than the shiesty' Lawyers who claim this Artistic Property to be 'exclussively' under copyrights 'CONTROL': Artists and the Arts are Heirloom Cultural Artifacts and should (by law) be subject to Creative Freedom regulations under the Freedom Of Expression Act. It's insane that a few Lawyers and their interpretation of the Law can suppress ART explicitly for the purpose of EXPRESSION.
