The idea of forming a band started from Victoria who convinced Thomas first, they were in music middle school toghether. Then Victoria contacted Damiano and he joined (they had known each other previously), then she found Ethan thru an announcement she put on facebook looking for a drummer. So they started busking in the streets of Rome, where they belong to (there's videos on YT!). They worked so hard to reach where they are now. They are not a fake made up product, they are real! Victoria is the one who still today chooses the looks they're wearing at concerts and other public events and she has an incredible taste, their outfits are often commented and highly appreciated! Curiosity: the word Maneskin means Moonlight in Danish since Victoria is half-Danish. They said in an interview that they just liked the sound of the word.

They were so baby-faced in this video! Also it's awesome to see how much Damiano's English improved since then ("Choosen", haha). It really is insane to have this voice and this much confidence at 17, it blows my mind. Earlier tracks were very reggae and funk-inspired, so it's really cool to see how they still integrate those influences in their newer songs, but in a much more subtle way. This video is a lot of fun, and watching their first live presentation of it in X Factor is a trip - you see all the potential, but so much to improve still, they were so young. Another great reaction, I knew you would like this one after Fear for Nobody. I have to echo the other suggestions for La Paura del Buio (for sure the radioItalia performance) it is the first song of theirs that truly got me hooked and wanting to listen to it on repeat. But really at this point, I think you will love everything.

Actually, the song"Beggin" was originally done by Frankie Valli and the Four Seasons! It is just one of many covers that Maneskin has done!
