Hey DCS family! In this video, we display the maneuverability and versatility of the Mi-8 HIP in order to engage 2 gazelles suppressing our troops and helicopter operations. what keys are you using to post up or down, ie the pilot's view? my view in mi8 is so obstructed by the sight :D btw thanks, love to see gazelles get swatted off the sky!

Hi friend, thank you so much for washing! The way we offset the pilots view is we Center our head tracking (track - IR) lower than the site so that when we look around, we can see through the cockpit with no issue. The more collective, the more you’ll have to tilt the helicopter forward, the site will get in the way. Whoever designed this thing, lol. But to be fair, it is a transport that they put weapons on.
