- Here it is!! I’m excited to share the #FormulaSupra x @HYTEBrand action edit. The Race Service team shot and edited the film on-site in under 24 hours, thanks to the power and versatility of the Hyte computer.
This was an unreal day getting to rip the Formula Supra in the mountains with an amazing crew of friends and supporters.
Huge thanks to HYTE for supporting this dream project as a technical and content partner, and helping to make it all possible.

For real, what proven racing engine will sit at rev limiter that hard and handle the G's of drifting at the same time. Its such a genius build
Dream build, hell maintenance. But dream builddddddd, ffffffffffffffffffffffff.
I can see Dom watching this video, shedding a small tear, smiling briefly, then pulling his welding helmet back down. He deserves so much acclaim from this build, he’s a dream maker. This is the greatest build I’ve ever seen and I’m happy to say it’s the pinnacle of what my generation has done in automotive creations. Thank you for being crazy enough to do this, Ryan.

@@thomasgehrig7175 grew up 15 min from Willow Springs so yea, I’ve seen a racecar. Built some as well. This one is just most impressive to me, it was a pleasure to see how much custom work was done, the hurdles that they overcame to do it, all great. There are endless degrees of “custom” and “race car” that make it hard to gauge where this car would fit, but it’s certain that this one is a higher pinnacle of quality than most. This excludes LeMans and F1 of course, the fact that the driver had a huge part in building it that stretched far beyond the whiteboard list of demands… No comparing this build to any FD car in existence in terms of ingenuity and budget. Drag cars’ simple scope objective doesn’t make Them comparable either, lots of science goes into a straight line but this car can literally do it all. I liken this one to the hoonicorn only with more creativity.
The sound of this beautiful monstrosity does things to me I can't explain.

First time it hit limiter, I jumped out of my seat. You never hear a race engine, of that caliber, do things like that.

Ooh, there is a lot of special cars that has a unique sound like this. All the cars that has a JUDD engine in it, he’ll even the race version Pagani Zonda Revolution sounds like hell on wheels!
Reminds me of George plasa's M135 hill climb car but that was a Judd 3.0 V8

Holy hell. I thought the gt4586 sounded insane, this thing is in a class of it's own. That is without a doubt the most incredible engine note I've ever heard over the phone I can't imagine irl. Well done Ryan

That's a good question, it would be sweet, Judd has about a 3000 kilometer rebuild period on these engines tho

Dude Ryan! Hearing the old school F1 sound in a MKV Supra is FREAKING nuts! I know this is primarily for time-attack but imagine this thing at Atlanta! Down in the stadium echoing. HOLY CRAP that would be killer. Congrats for dreaming this into existence, and I really hope Dom realizes how amazing of a job he did with all of the fabrication.

This is better than the GT4586. The V10 came out of a Le Mans Race Car. The GT4586 engine came out of a road car. The sound is way better to.

Absolutely brilliant video by the team. For 24hrs this is insane to pull off. Borderline emotional hearing this thing scream in rage coming around that corner sideways. I can only pray I have the chance to hear this car in person one day. Easily the greatest build I have ever seen.
