I have one. A show stopper and very stable to drive. Coming back from a car show I had it an indicated 110 mph. Floaty? Yes. As bad as I thought it would be? Not even close.
Nice car. The door trim cards are off a 67 Toronado
Just an FYI the color is called "tropic Turquoise"
Too bad you didn't demonstrate the unique, 1-year-only, tilt/telescopic steering column. The '66 (1st year) Toro was Motor Trend's Car-of-The-Year & was pretty much "over engineered".....right down to the spider area on the wheels being of extra thickness to assure safety w/this "new" FWD technology. 385hp from that magnificent forged steel crank/Olds Rocket 425 in line w/that bullet-proof 425A T400 transmission...END of STORY!
Signature '66 Oldsmobile closing sound??? How did the '67- '70's sound?
No discs in the front.
"Tour Ronaldo"
