Hello! Why can't I see the option for the Engine Pre Heat pump on my panel? The option does not show on "system Configuration" page. The accessory circuit board is installed to the heater and the heat exchanger pump is connected to the board.
Hi Olli, First you have to disconnect the 12 V for a few seconds, and then reconnect it. You should be able to see these extra icons in the "Installed Accessories" menu when the option board is connected, there should be a total of four pages, if not the option board either is not connected properly or not working. Try going back to the Installed Accessories after the restart and scroll to "Engine pre heat pump" and check the box. Then it will be activated and will be found under the regular menu.
