Sir, aapne video mein bataya that A component apne aap solidify hota rehta hai time ke saath, toh composition change ho jaati hai...
Then why we are taking different containers with different composition? I mean to say, when we take 80:20 ratio, and suppose 10g of A separates out resulting in 70g of A and 20g of B making the composition (77.7):(22.2)...then this will further keep on changing, then why we are making different composition wala mixture each time?
I think I can give your answer to certain extent. this is a practical experiment which we use to determine eutectic temp. And composition . Yes you are right composition will change automatically but we will not able to detect at any point of time what is composition . And consequently we will not able to know when to take reading.
