Sir I am a gemini ascendant, In My D1 - Sun is in 8th house in capricorn and aspected by retrograde jupiter from cancer sign . Sun is in dhanishta nakshatra. Mars is in 6th house with ketu in Scorpio sign. Saturn and Rahu in 12th house in Taurus sign.
In D9 :- Sun is in 10th house in Leo and also again aspected by Jupiter .

Not too many astrologers talk about making the dasha lord the ascendant when making predictions for the period but they are just briefly mentioned in scripts but not explained in detail. I am going through my Sun MD in Aries sign and my natal birth is Scorpio Ascendant but moving the planets to make Sun my Ascendant I was able to make predictions based on new placements. Mars and Ketu is 3 places away from my Sun so I predicted some kind of argument with siblings will take place that cuts them off from me and it just happened recently and I am in no contract with my younger sister because of an argument. The book I read said to look for dhan yogas from dasha lord. Venus in Taurus alone is 2nd from my Sun so it’s a case of 2nd lord in 2nd house, we shall see how it will play out financially as this would be a very good placement for finances and wealth. Saturn is 10 places away from my Sun and in its own house Capricorn so I do notice a focused on my career however Sun represents 10th lord Nataly so it makes sense.
My sun is in 12 house pisces at approx 7 degree with Saturn ketu mars and mercury and rahu is in 6 house virgo at 23 degree( which is my ascendant) my sun mahadasha started from 9 -04 -2021

Your home country is where you were born and live i.e. Germany.
Also Its not necessary for you to leave your homeland because of your 4th house lord is in the 11th house. This interpretation is just one side of the picture, for other half you must check the planet sitting in 4th house, Jupiter and Venus placement in your chart.
