if someone, in Windows was getting an error in the render's log while hitting the endpoints.. just go to the network access in Mongodb atlas, edit the IP access list to "Allow access from anywhere" and then repeat building the hotel web service again in the render. This would solve the problem.

Simply go to the network access settings in MongoDB Atlas, edit the IP access list to 'Allow access from anywhere', and then rebuild the hotel web service in the renderer. This should resolve the issue.
