Man I was waiting 2 see your birds
Probably on a future video
Great job by the way!
Thank you. I have a few other videos showing the birds in my playlist go check some of those out 🙂
Very nice aviary! I like that you use natural plants and floorsubstrate instead of plastic! Maybe I would paint the net/mesh in black for better viewing? Only thing I would add is some areas of the ceiling with seethrough "windows" on top of the bushes so that some natural light will enter from above as well! Also some plants/reeds around the waterfall, but I guess they will come! Good work!
Awesome
interesting points ,if anyone else wants to uncover aviary design plans try Panlarko Expert Aviary Planner (Have a quick look on google cant remember the place now ) ? Ive heard some extraordinary things about it and my m8 got cool success with it.
Hello, how do you keep your birds warm when the temperature drops in Florida?
This is awesome I aspire to have a aviary like this later on in life
Thank you @Katrina Chamoto, I was in your shoes a few years ago and finally got mines built so its only a matter of time before you get your 😁 good luck
Looks good 👍
This just gave me a new life goal
wonderful ...good job...

I was inspired by your aviary and requested my husband to build one for us. Please check out when you have few mins. Thank you again for amazing video.💙
Nice aviary👍
❤it! I recently learned painting the wire black makes it easier to view the birds.
Thats exactly what I did to mines it makes it so much better ! really recomend it if you have an aviary.
mantabs bro...
Bardzo ładnie 👍
wow I have an aviary of the same size. Your video is giving me ideas. I have a pair of umbrella cockatoos that I hope will give fertile eggs this yea. Happybirding👌👍
Thats awsome glad I was able to give you some ideas for your aviary! Good luck with your pair of umbrella cockatoos hope they give you some chicks this year 🙏
By far the best aviary I've seen. Wish I could afford one.
Thank you Frederiksted St. Croix. Hopefully someday you can get yours built.
@@paradiseaviary In the past, I kept lovebirds. My intentions are to conduct a survey for what birds people want. I will breed/raise any species in order to break even fiscally. No profits, just passion for birds and occupy the extra time. My biggest fear is the weather and hurricane season.
Thats about the same concept that I have here I always sell a few chicks that I breed just to keep up with the expences of food and the addiction of buying new species lol. Im in Florida and I have the same fear here every year with hurricanes. So far for the past 3-4 years ive been lucky but I have an emergency plan in case things get bad (hope it never gets to that point)
I looove your home
That’s amazing 😍😁😁😁🫶🏻🙏🏻💫👍🏻👍🏻👏🏻👏🏻🤟🏻👊🏻An Aviary is something that I would love to get in the future! The size that You’ve built seems quite a decent size! I’m supposing that You need a planning permission if it’s something of this size 🤔?
I don’t think that it matters how long it took You to build it as it’s probably given You time to change Your decisions on certain things in the Aviary!
I look forward to watching more of Your videos!
Great video I've been wanting to see what the entire thing looked like. How long have you had it up? How many birds do you keep in it? Have you had trouble keeping it clean? That's always my worry with a dirt floor is cleanliness. Is the water fall staying clean as well?
Thank you Christy, The aviary has been up for about 3yrs now. At the moments theres about 10-12 pairs inside if im not mistaken but can hold alot more. So far its been very easy to keep clean mainly because of the natural floor I can just spray it with water or change the pine bark mulch, trim the grass and its look new again. The main key to keeping it clean is to not overcrowd the aviary. The waterfall gets flushed out once a month to make sure it stays clean and so far no issues there either.
Way cool. I like how you did both an English and Spanish version for a broader audience of viewers.
Really enjoy even i love it but not able too aford ,
❤❤
Beautiful aviary! Wonderful to look at! If possible, please can you upload a video how you did construct the waterfall? And what’s your average outside temperature? In Holland we need a night shelter for the African Estrildidae due to the cold nights in wintertime. Thanks for your videos. :-)
Hi Ruben Geertsma thank you glad you like the aviary, and very happy to see someone from Holland tuning into the channel. Some of the best Estrildidae breeders are in Holland, over all Europe has very good bird breeders! Im working on making the video on the waterfall hopefully will have it out soon. I live in Florida, U.S and luckly here the temperature year round is usually between 70-90°F which is perfect for keeping birds outdoors. Right now the temp has dropped down a bit more and the aviary is covered with tarps to make sure the birds are not exposed to cold winds.
@@paradiseaviary Thanks! Yes you’re right. There’re some great breeders overhere. Although it’s hard to get young people (like me) involved with the hobby. Every day is a pleasure working with the birds. Please continue with making of these beautiful videos!
We have the same problem here not enough young people joining this beautiful hooby. Hopefully soon that will chance since its the younger generations the ones that will continue this hooby for years to come.
Nice but How do you keep the bark floor section clean of bird waste and other debris? I would think that the tall grass would be a problem for small birds. Could you have a short grass type? I really like the misting system which is also good for the plants. How does the mist system effect the wire and the wood frame structure?
Hello friends, since I was a child I have always been passionate about ornithology, and I carry in my heart a desire, that of creating "bird paradise" farm houses, in practice a wooded area in every Italian region where to take care, breed and introduce small and medium passerines native and allochthonous. It would be a joy to observe hundreds of bird species surrounded by nature. And at the same time keep their numbers high. The birds are these that I list:
Saffron chaffinch (sicalis faveola), Alpine venturone (carduelis citrinella), Corsican venturone (carduelis corsicana), Norwich, border, fife, lizard, Japan hoso, Spanish breed, Gloster, Venezuelan cardinal (spinus cucculatus), Mozambican canary ( crithagra mozambica), finch (fringilla coelebs), pine bullfinch (pinicola enucleator), serin (serinus serinus), bullfinch (pirrhula pirrhula), siskin (spinus spinus), greenfinch (chloris chloris), hawkbill (coccothesraustes) goldfinch 'Himalaya (carduelis caniceps), mayor goldfinch (carduelis carduelis frigoris), barrel organ (acanthis flammea), arctic barrel organ (acanthis flammea hornemanni), Mexican bullfinch (haemorhous cassinii), linnet (linaria cannabina), brambling (fringilla montifrigilla), , timbrado, harzer roller, mandarin diamond (taeniopygia castanotis), wavy parakeets (melopsittacus undulatus), Bolivian negrito (spinus atratus), cruises (loxia curvirostra) , trumpeter (bucanetes githagineus), alario (serinus alario), sulfur canary (crithagra sulphurata sulphurata l, African singer (crithagra leucopygia), greenfinch (chloris sinica), greenfinch (chloris ambigua), sparrows, turdids, bunting yellow (emberiza citrinella), greengrocer (emberiza hortulana), swamp millet (emberiza schoeniclus), screech (emberiza calandra), wild canary (serinus canaria), emberizidae, Japanese sparrow (lonchura domestica), nightingale (luscinia megarhynchos), nightingale cettia cetti, silver-eared mesia nightingale (leiothrix argentauris), Japanese nightingale (leiothrix lutea), estrildidae, skylark (alauda arvensis), chamois (galerida cristata), tottavilla (lullula arborea), tristis, oriole, oriolides, paridae, tits, motacillidae, prunellidae, passeridae, sylvanidae, filloscopidae, muscicapidae, troglodytes, certidae, thraupidae, spinus, American siskin (spinus tristis), Japanese nightingale of the bushes (horornis diph one), leiothrichidae, leiothrix, woodcock (sylvia borin), wryneck (jinx torquilla), blue rock thrush (monticola solitarius), nightjar (caprimulgus ruficollis), sweeper (prunella modularis), whitehammer (emberiza colarossahal), zigolo golarizahal ), snow bunting (emberiza plectrophenax nivalis), lapland bunting (calcarius lapponicus), chinese bunting (emberiza yessoensis) alpine finch (montifrigilla nivalis). Please upload a lengthy video.
Indoor, outdoor and each birds movement..
It'd very nice to watch ❤️
Nice 👍🏼
Thank you tropical garden spain. I saw your aviary it looks amazing !!! Love the way its set up.
Mantapp 👍👍👍
Really nice aviary but how do you handle the ground rat problem in Florida? Did you put in a concrete base or chicken wire covered by sand or crushed rocks? Let me know as I'm looking to build myself a big aviary just like yours but want to know how to also keep all the birds protected.
dream aviary ❤ what tree you use?
😯😯
❤🔥😍👍
How do you keep the bark area clean? Do you replace it often?
Oh great another animal channel to get addicted to. Btw this is truly a perfect habitat u have thought of it all!
lol 🤣🤣 you have to think possitive atleast its a healthy addiction. Thank you it took me quite a bit of time to build so had a lot of time to think and change things around to make it as best as I could.
Very nice looking aviary. Question: any problems with parasites?
Thank you Gustavo. Never had any problems with parasites so far affecting any of the birds.
Damn, this is what my lory says a paradise.
But I wonder why the roof area is not light penetrating? (Although, I understand that bird loves darker are of trees to hide from predators)
Beautiful setup - love seeing so much greenery and natural environment for them
