Here's the TL:DR Version
*Bastion with 2050 DPS*
Here's how you do it (it needs to be on the PTR for now)
1 Bastion, 1 Mercy, 1 Ana, 3 Orisas.
Ana and mercy buff bastion and all Orisas ult at the same time.
Although Ana and Orisa's ult stack, they all buff based on the basic damage of the hero being buffed.
Mercy's buff, however, buffs the final damage output by 33%, and since bastion will be hitting with triple damage because if the ults, Mercy's damage boost will have an even bigger impact. The total damage output will be 2045.75 damage per second.
THAT'S 4 ROADHOGS AND 1 REAPER EACH SECOND.
Orisa ult and mercy boost don't stack.
