@@mscameron22 lubricating eye drops (artificial tears) 2-3 times a day, my case isn't severe so I don't know if a severe case would have a different treatment

Take melatonin not Tylenol PM (this pm med has Tylenol and Benadryl which can cause dry eye from the antihistamine response of Benadryl also known as diphenhydramine)
try some heroin - some folkz sleep so good on it they dont never wake up

I have dry eyes when I take OTC sinus and allergy meds. even just ibuprofen dries me out. it's important to use eye drops or eye gel. so the surface of your eyes doesn't get all scratched up. great video and subject. i love your bedside manner. its so calm and restful, intelligent. thank you.

As a sufferer of Rosacea and dry eye I feel extremely seen by this video.
Just in case anyone else out there has this problem: get a face steamer. Doesn't matter what kind they are cheap on amazon. Get one and use it, especially if you are prone to styes, they will make the stye heal much quicker. Ste your face focusing on your eyes then massage the lids (down on the top up on the bottom) to express the mebomian glands. This prevents and helps heal styes

I actually saw my eye doctor today for a follow up on my problem with chronic dry eyes. I have to say Dr. Blueberry wins.
Sadly, she is so good at this, that she has ruined all but a couple other asmr artists for me. Nobody can compare imo.

ASMR is all about finding the right artists and triggers that work for you. How lucky we are to have found the talent that is bluewhisper
As far as I am concerned, Bluewhisper is all l need. I used to listen to Heather Feather before she went incognito but since finding Blue, this is perfect for me. I even download her video and audio and listen as I'm winding down and up for the day
To your point, she has totally ruined actual eye-health professionals for me. Every time I go for an exam, I just want to tell them to up their game.

The problem with going to Dr Blueberry for dry eyes is that they’re always worse when I leave than when I came in for my visit. 45 minutes of being so relaxed I forgot to blink has me looking like:
