Yes, there's two ways. The fastest is to play online, especially when a character is over level 20. Or play Towers, which also earns you Koins and Items. Enter Invasion mode, and one of the Realms has Towers (Daily, Hourly, Weekly etc.). Just play them all and repeat. But you have to finish a Tower, otherwise you only get a tiny bit of XP per fight. It's not very interesting, but if you just want to unlock all Finishers, it doesn't take too long for each character. It sucks that they turned off XP rewards for repeating Invasion fights, before that I didn't even touch the Towers.
