    What is the difference between this and communicative approach with ppp ?
    This “new” approaches, methods, theories happen because they ( school / courses for Teachers of EFL) make the effort of being rigid and imposing their perfect last of last new theories.

    What about the Drilling? In these videos and lesson plans I don't see any place for drilling the language & the grammar that has been taught. Should it be before eliciting the structure of the grammar or after it?

    • @tesol-teflcourses2298
      @tesol-teflcourses2298 Před 6 lety +2

      Hi Afshin, drilling is mainly used for pronunciation practice. It usually comes after words have been correctly modelled by the teacher.

    What do you mean by "eliciting the language from students"? Is it an inductive way of learning grammar an vocabulary? Or you just lead the students towards what you would like to teach them?

    • @internationaltefltraining
      @internationaltefltraining  Před 2 lety

      Eliciting the language from students refers to letting your students come up with the answers rather than the teacher giving the answers right away.

    When we help our students pass from a single word to a complete sentence, what phase is this? Does it belong to the boardwork or to the successive? And what's the name of this (the one between boardwork and activate)?
