  • Very excited to bring to you my footbag delays tutorial. Watch, learn, train hard!
    This video is a special recognition of the amazing art work that is now spread through the city of Christchurch, New Zealand following much destruction.

    I wish I had this in 1999 as a uni student. I had Kenny Shultz's "Tricks of the Trade" vid, but the technology now is so much better for tutorials. This is well done.

    The thing I learned is that the support leg's position is key. You have to have your weight and balance just right, otherwise no amount of speed or coordination will let you succeed.
    The other difficult thing to learn is how to see what you are doing. To do this you have to look down, which places your head in a difficult position to maintain balance.

Pacific Northwest people are the best in Life and to makes long term friends.. I am Native American from the Navajo people. Thanks for sharing. Blue Skeleton

    wow this brings me back to 1988 ! Funny how different regions of the world have different names for these basics - we call them Stalls here. Flapper would be the garbage lid here. One trick I still have not seen anyone else do is the Scorpion , you have an idea of what that is Phil? I also call it the clockworks.

    • @ReDRockeT111
      @ReDRockeT111  Před 8 lety +3

      +Marcos A In these video's I use a quite large 32 panel footbag so its easier to see. When I'm training myself I will use smaller 32 panels bead/lead fill bags that are hand made. For beginners I usually recommend 8 panel sand bags as they are easy to learn with and cheap.

    The inferior edge stall looks good for impressing people but it's to strictly a solo move, it doesn't have much use in co-op play, yes I know that if a person actually gets good at hacking they will likely spend most of their time without other players but that's because it's not popular (and the sad truth that most people got at least one leg nailed to the floor 🤣🤣🤣🤣), and co-op is where the real game is!
