Damn, you be creepy! Filming people's private crap and lingering on penny jars and shampoo bottles... I wouldn't live in that hell house for a million bucks! You (the landlord)obviously feel that you can come in whenever you like and film whatever you want and you will want 24/7/365 access to your paints and shit in the storage closet. Zero privacy. And I haven't even started on the mystery person (M/F/Both?) the victim would be sharing that space with. One thing I will say about the current renter is that they are pretty clean. Maybe they know that their landlord doesn't respect their privacy from the start...
