I think Baiken calls May a "shorty short" to emphasis their Japanese heritage. To Baiken May can be viewed as the closet thing to family seeing as the Japanese were virtually wiped out. So in a sense May is Baiken's "little sister", her "chibisuke".

3:56 I wanna think that the reason that I-no is looking at Baiken weird is because in XX, there’s two endings where I-no gets killed by her, and since I-no can remember the other timelines she’s traveled through, she’s probably not too pleased coming face to face with her actual killer

it actually does make some sense that Baiken would call Potemkin useless when we consider that Gabriel is the only person that Slayer's ever considered a rival.

potemkin without limiters can beat the shit out of basically every single character in the franchise, the act of clapping his hands knocked down a battalion of gears. There's a reason to why he's Gabriel's right-hand man, and why Gabriel trusts him.

Importance detail if case people don't know. The reason Baiken calls Chipp a fake ninja is because he actually is a fake ninja. He was a drug addict in the US before being taught ninjitsu and not actually from Japan

I feel that Baiken taking a jab at May is because May is the only other women in the cast who is shorter than Baiken. And she also takes one at Millia because they both have long hair, so of course Baiken think's hers is better.

Great video and series, really sucks that translation videos need to be made at all. At least 650 character-unique voice lines in the character select screen alone and yet arcsys will charge half the price of the base game for system voices without any proper subtitles.

I barely know anything about Japanese. Why do the other characters say "bokuno" but she says "oreda" for "it's me"

"ore" is a more rough and informal personal pronoun, and is usually more common with delinquents and is generally considered more masculine hence why baiken uses it
