- On our 4th day in New England, we tackled the Mount Washington Auto Road in New Hampshire. The tallest mountain peak in the Northeast US at 6,288ft! Despite the admission fee and paved roads, the drive and (cloudy) views did not disappoint!

6000ft is no joke. The train looks really neat.
Yeah, it’s only the second time I’ve been up that high and only time I’ve been higher than clouds on a mountain. It was pretty cool 👌
Awesome video as usual Tim, thanks for sharing!
thanks for coming on the trip dude!
@@DarksideOffRoad Absolutely!
You should check out the Mount Mansfield toll road in Stowe, Vermont. A lot of switchbacks on dirt roads.
Sounds cool!
I did it in a AWD Altima. No problems at all.
Did you happen to see an explanation for all the loose rock at the top of the mountain while you were in the museum?
I didn't actually go into the museum, but I bet they say something about it. It never even crossed my mind, but now that you say it, that is weird.
The hikers carried them up there so they could make cairns 🤣
