I once built a wheeled drone with a follow me function, I forgot to slow the speed and it went from convenient storage friend to psychotic obsessive vehicular manslaughter.

Little correction. The ion thrusters are the most efficient (power usuage) just not the most powerful
I meant on planets not being efficient compared to the other 2 ✌😎
Bro good work, any idea on kamakazi drones, with warheads in them, to blow a friends base up?
Many Drone designs to use or you could fly a Missile manually to your friends base with more accuracy... check out my Steam Workshop 😎✌️

The Video is a very good one from the Information point of view but the Mikrophone Sound is a littel bit loud and overdrived. Good Job i Would say

Any idea if remote control block can handle multi-grid designs? Or do they just sink to the ground because the dampeners are not factoring in the extra mass?
Absolutely works as my Minefield Drone 2.0 has 4 seperate grids on it (the mines) that are connected by connectors and small merge blocks, worth a watch? ✌
@@ShArPy1o1Games I have watched that one actually but anything connected by merge block becomes a single grid.
I am making an auger drone that would drill a hole straight down but has the drills on hinges that fold up to dock.
So far it doesn't fly well on autopilot but I thought I may be doing something wrong.
Small flight vehicles don't go well with pistons and hinges on them... not sure why but the game doesn't like it.
I always find to make flight vehicles as simple as possible so that way less can go wrong... then add the cool stuff once you know it works and your theory is sound ✌

great vid, though i'd look at the hydro drone setup. im fairly certain its just too much weight storing ice+h gen+ice power vs reloading hydrogen gas
I have built my drones the way they are on purpose (little parts and blocks as well as no armour to show its insides easier) my drones are meant to be a guide and not to take you the whole way ✌️ I really hope this helps you as i have Atmo Drones suited to any need... I will be making H2 Drones in my new Dronely Season

I tried to remote control my drone from a ship with a powerful antenna but it wouldn't use the camera on the drone ☹
Weld up a chair on your home base (with antenna) and control Drone and camera from there...
Camera range and connection is weird on drones

Also make sure you have enough battery 'output' on your Drone to support (eg enough batteries to power your Thrusters and everything else ✌️)

Any sort of control seat/cockpit should do (passenger seat wont work im sure as your unable to control anything in them for eg)
