#BPraak #India #Reaction - Hudba
Actually this movie is based on true events. 21 soldiers protected the fort fighting against a 10,000 strong army and as a result each one of the soldier sacrifices their life.
The movie 300 ain’t got nothing on this one
@@997soham . Yup
100000*
Fought for the British.
Indians fighting even for the British repulsed the Japanese that had up to that point rolled through everything in their way. Indians of all types are just solid warriors.
12:21 Efra when you said 'each letter is pronounced' , that is the concept of Indian languages - there is a letter for every spoken sound; and consequently, every word is written in a language exactly the way it is to be pronounced !
Not really... "Mein rahoon ya na rahoon" Will you pronounce N ??
@@Pintukumar-mu3zc English Script is not Indian. She briefed Indian Languages.
@@Pintukumar-mu3zc that's romanized.🤦
@@developpa1519 But Efra was reading lyrics in English script only.. How can he said this about brahmi or other indian script if he can't read any? So the main comment could be related to english script, I guess.🤷
@@Pintukumar-mu3zc well you see rahoon, can be written as rahu or rahoo(without the n). The n in the end is cause of slight urdu/arabic influence(nukhta). When you write in proper hindi, you don't put 'bindu' in the end of rahu(no n sound). Its just popular way of speaking has become more nasal which legitimises the 'n' in the end.
It is not a song , it is an emotion ❤️❤️
Absolutely!!!!!
This song is so beautiful.. the true emotions of this song gets lost in the translation.. the words chosen are so beautiful.. ♥️
A free advice, While reacting to Indian music, it is better to listen to the whole piece and then react. indian music doesn't necessarily conform to the Western classical. It's far more complex, has evolved over thousands of years & is interwoven in our day to day lives. This song was recently sung by a contestant on Indian Idol & made even an Army General cry, who was on the show as a guest of honour
This song brings tears to our eyes. You don't have to relate this song with just battle of saraghari you can use this song and lyrics for all the soldiers who are protecting our borders for their sacrifice and their dedication. 🇮🇳

I love that your entire family is dedicated to the art, and the music. It is rare in this day and age. Good job, keep it up.
This song is based on true historical event. 21 Indian Sikh soldiers fight against 10,000 Pashtun invaders. It's emotional & bravery.
not invaders, this was in pashtun areas
This song is drenched in emotion. Go thru the lyrics. The singing and the lyrics always leaves me with teary eyes.
😢😢😢if you know the lyrics or if you watch the official video your eyes will filled with tears it's an emotion btw love your reaction ❤
Make sure to watch till the end, we check out the lyrics translation! Hope you enjoyed and thanks for taking the time to comment
It’s emotion not a just simple song . it’s patriotic song which can move even a dead soul .
It’s about fight where
21 Sikh soldiers of the British India Army fought against 10,000 invading Afghans
They fought till their last breath against the Afghan hordes and went down as superheroes who are celebrated not only by the Indian Army but even the British Army.
The attack started at 9am and these 21 Brave soldiers holded fort till 3:40 PM .
The movie also shows how the British actually tricked them and just let them die. It shows the cruelty of British
British India? When did this the place?
Guys❣️, Please react to "Naina" full video song from the movie Dangal. One of the best in pritam sir's composition. The song depicts a father's concern and emotions towards his daughters.
The beginning of the song is so powerful. Amitabh Bhattacharya has penned so heart touching lyrics that leave you teary eyed And with Arijit’s voice, couldn’t be more perfect. His voice brings out the emotions of the lyrics. This song is very soulful and so relatable to everyone.
Trust me, This song will surely leaves you a soothing impact. Hope you guys react.
Yeah please.
DANGAL movie is a Gem
Yeah
This song can give chills to any Indian, No matter how much time we listen to it.... These lyrics talk to us in an another level.. it is divine...
Absolutely !! Goosebumps!
At 3:55 when he sings on that correct note its really magical..I mean without knowing the tune don't know how he did that..
Music theory knowledge.
You can kinda predict the next few notes by listening to the patterns and the progressions.
The writer of the song is Manoj Muntashir and he is a legend writer.
And he didn't get Filmfare award for that 😢
Yes finally 😍
Also check out his Mann Bharya 2.0
Original is much better
It's a song that a soldier tries to simply in words that he's missing his land but he's proud and happy that he's dying for his land
In Hinduism and Sikhism Kesari (Safron) is the colour of courage, bravery and sacrifice. Colour of Tiger. Its also one of colours of India flag
Not a Big fan of B Praak but I can't Imagine anyone singing this song Other than B praak!!!❤️
This movie is based on a true story... Will be well worth your time if you decide to watch...
This song live in hearts of Indians❤️❤️
Salute to the army🙏🇮🇳
This is a song of war, every word of this song impart bravery as the movie plot is based on battle of Saragadhi. In this battle 21 Indian Sikhs fought 10,000+ Afgan Pathans and surprise MF, these 21 Chads nearly won and achieved the objective they are fighting for.
This battle of Saragadhi is the bravest battle ever faught( only considering those in which result is decided)

o god, guys u have retained the true essence of this song by far through ur detailed reaction. i appreciate your depth of curiosity of knowing things by roots...good job, love from Odisha, India
Efra, Bro - the very best of luck for your Hindi rap debut. London has a very good Punjabi music scene, I suppose - maybe a collab would be cool too. Anyways, both you and Waleska are honorary Indians now. The way you can dissect the songs and guess the storyline - I never thought any non-Indian was capable of doing that. 😂
The history where 21 Sikh fought against 10000 Mughals still gave me goosebumps 💥💥
Not mughals but afgans.
WhatsApp university facts🥴
Bro it’s not about Mughals
Everything ain’t about them lol

I can’t listen to this song more than 2 secs without crying. It pulls on all the heartstrings!
intresting how efra spoke about rapping in hindi
u have an entire new world to explore if u r interested my g
this song is so emotional and its one of my favourites. b praak's voice is so powerful.
in the hindi language, there are 13 vowels and 33 consonants. each of them have a distinct sound and its easy to differentiate them. hindi, in my opinion, is a sound-based language. you write what you hear and you read what you see. there are no silent letters and every letter is pronounced. every letter has one sound only. for example, in 'place' and 'cake' the letter 'c' has 2 different sounds, depending on where it is placed. in hindi you will find no such thing. the placement of the letter does not affect the sound.
i loved your video
❤️Indian emotion in this song comes with 21 indian soldiers fought against 10,000 Afghan men(true story) and refused to surrender for the soul of India 🔥. This song breaks me everytime I listen about this 21 soldiers. 🙏🙏 Respect 🙏jai hind
You guys should definitely check out Ranjha from Shershah, it's a beautiful beautiful song!!!!💕
The time signature is 4/4. The reason you are getting confused is probably due to the meter of the lyrics. Apart from the first stanza, the rest is written in 2 different style.
1. The chorus is what we call Tripadi Poyar in Bengali poetry (don't know the English or Hindi term for it), which is usually 2 segments of rhymed half-lines each in quadrameter in the first line followed by another line of quadameter. Usually in AABCCB or AABAAB rhyme scheme. So, essentially going to and fro between octameter and quadrameter. This makes it kind of uneven.
2. Rest of the song is written in 4x2 lines of quadrameter.
3. The first stanza is also in quadrameter but sung in a different manner.
Entirely personal opinion; I'm not even half as qualified as either of you to comment on music.
Sometimes "Something" is made for "An individual" and most of the times that "Something" doesn't meet that "Individual".
This song is made for B Praank's voice.
This song always gives me GOOSEBUMPS!! I feel so lucky for the fact that I understand hindi and I'm able to understand these beautiful lyrics😍
Ohh wow I recommended this song yesterday and u made the reaction 😊. This song gives goosebumps how muchever time you listen it.. the impact remains the same
Outstanding cinematography. I love listening to Indian-Hindi songs though I don’t understand the language but the tone-melody their songs are an art by itself. ❤️
Do you mind if I ask where are you from? Also,a little correction:Hindu is not a language, its a religious community. I guess you wanted to say Hindi, which is one of the hundreds of languages from India.
@@s.majumdar9388, my apologies, thank you for your correction. I’m Filipino from Philippines. I grow up with Indian neighbors. Most of them have businesses so they are popular. I have Indian classmates from high school to college. So Indian dialect and songs are not new to me. Wion is one of my favorite news channel. Who can’t love Palki? Thank you for reading my comment. Be well, adios.
Hey guys.. love your reactions..
A bit of suggestion though.. whenever you watch these kind of historical music videos.. please also see a quick history behind it. That will make you understand the songs and their meaning and the feeling behind it.

Listening to this song again made me feel for the Ukrainian soldiers going to fight against the bigger army right now. Even the Russian soldiers. War is terrible.
P.s. and yes, in hindi each letter is pronounced. Though here language was a mix of hindi-punjabi i believe.
Dil ki baat bol di bhai.
This song brings tears to my eyes
TF u mean...this song was made for our army...why connecting with others
Hmm reminding me of Ukrainian army hostage Indian students as human shield.
@@rightturn9604 only russian propaganda. Did did our ministry of foreign affairs said that? Nope so don't believe everything in media. God gave us brain to use it.

Battle of Saragarhi: The battle inspired the 2019 Bollywood film Kesari. Today marks the 126th anniversary of the Battle of Saragarhi, a heroic battle fought by 21 brave Sikh soldiers against over 10,000 Afridi and Orakzai tribals in 1897. The event has inspired films, books, and countless people.

I absolutely love this gals voice. Even the guy is classy. Awesome accents.
This is not the green screen....all these forts and palaces are real.
The greatest last stand ever ! 21 Sikhs against 10,000 Afghans.
Efra and Waleska when people (Indians) are requesting for a reaction with a 'Please' they are not necessarily kind of begging as, coming from their native languages just saying You should react to this or something like that then that would be quite rude and disrespectful so they you please instead especially since the Indian languages have various levels of respect when referring someone. Just something I wanted to say! Also I was hoping you would react to Teri Mitti when you guys reacted to B Praaks other song
Kesri - True story of 21 valiant Indian Sikhs fighting against 10,000 enemies.
