I clicked on this thinking what if one of them starts talking and turns out to be British (or has another accent) in real life then at 1:45 she is. lol she does a great accent on the show I never would have thought.
I’m glad I gave this show a chance. I’m a huge fan of the original charmed and I become skeptical when people want to do a reboot. I love how they are keeping some of the storylines from the original and giving it a new twist. For example Maggie falling for Parker the half demon ( like Phoebe and Cole) or Macy and Harry being together (like Piper and Leo) I was pleasantly surprised and how much I enjoyed it. I’m waiting to see what season 3 has in store

Fun interview. I love the actress playing the oldest sister. But I am a little surprised that it seems that they haven’t watched the first series. It was such a good show.

This sounds like it has a very positive message for the time we have to live in without trying to be preachy. The leading ladies seem to have bonded over the course of filming. Thought Madeleine Mantock was great on "Into The Badlands", her presence inspires confidence.
All of the dialogue from the pilot sounds incredibly cringe. I'm a feminist and its absolutely embarrassing. Like bad tumblr fan fiction.

I can not wait for The Charmed Reboot. I heard nothing but good things about the reboot. I would have loved the original cast but Shannen and Rose are done with Charmed. So, it's time to moved on. Hello! New Charmed Ones!

I've never heard someone call a strong empowered woman a witch. I'm happy to hear about the feminist twist on the show, but a statement like that leaves me to worry the show will lean too heavily on empowerment lessons, rather than the great stories and great characters charmed is about.
If I may share my opinion with you. I’ve definitely grew up with this notion that strong women are labeled witches. I believe that I got that impression because of the required school reading. Quite a few American classics contribute to this notion. Still, I understand your point, it isn’t very commonly said out loud. But I think that they very subtly might be implying that strong women are usually called ‘b*tches’. That rings very true to me and is common to hear.
I hate that they changed the demon Taydeus to a cgi monster .
My fav thing about the 1st Season is that Trump being president was a sign of impending doom.

I watched the whole season on netflix..way too much feminism stuff and putting men down..didnt like that at all..otherwise the show was emjoyable..not as good of acting either as the original
