Could We Fit Cushcore in Enve M7's with Enduro Tyres???

We like a challenge here at Pinned, so when we received a set of Cushcore tyre inserts the challenge was on to see if they coud be fitted into the WTB enduro casing tyres onto Enve M7 35mm wide rim-strip wheels!

The trick with Jim’s bikes being so clean is having a pond full of fenwicks and putting all the bikes there for a wee soak, great content

I run a riminpact insert on my hardtail, really impressed with it and the extra comfort you get (because you can run a lower pressure without the fear of damaging the rim). I only run it in the rear but after speaking with the manufacturers found out they recommend running front and rear.

Great job on the vid Jim. Did a good job fitting those. Been thinking about getting inserts but not sure I like the £159 price tag?! Look forward to seeing how you get on with them though, it might convince me to spend the money. 👍

This was a good watch chaps! I never have an issue getting my tyres with inserts on. It’s getting them off which can be a pita. Let us know how easy it is to release the bead when taking the tyre off in due course 🙂

Yeh can be tough, place tyre sideways on a weather board of a door and stand down on rim, that usually works for us
