Some will agree and most will disagree with the scores given in these videos, and that's ok, this is what the comment section is created for.

If this is a "weak" performance, I can't imagine what is "perfect" in your mind. Anyway, there's always a human factor when it comes to speaking, so I don't think we can reach a point of agreement in terms of the score this candidate deserves and it's totally ok as long as we all learn and share different experiences. At the end of the day, you at least have to respect her composure and willingness to participate in such a project.
