JOVIA IRENE ATEK, INTERNATIONAL RELATIONS GRADUATE, EXCELS IN FARMING #@tony98discovery

Like many individuals who pursue education with the aim of securing a job after graduation, Jovia Irene Atek embarked on a similar journey. Despite earning a degree in International Relations and Diplomacy, along with a diploma in Higher Marketing, her career path took an unexpected turn. Presently, she holds the position of Manager at a rural radio station. Despite the disparity between her education and current role, Jovia decided to leverage her skills and venture into farming after three years of pursuing her job search.
Today, she stands as a successful entrepreneur, reaping substantial rewards from cultivating crops such as Soya beans and Simsim, as well as engaging in goat farming. In our interview with Jovia, the primary objective was to inspire those who may not have found employment in their respective fields of study. Jovia's story serves as a testament to the notion that success in life can be achieved through unconventional paths, such as entrepreneurship in agriculture. Her journey encourages others to consider alternative avenues, like farming, as viable means to attain success and fulfillment.
