I live between Philippines and Europe with children and now grandchildren in various places. Just a small bit of advice please! While building that little house, please, if you can, also place a window on the other side. That way, you get very important cross ventilation. Early in the morning or early evening if you open both windows any breeze will blow through which will lower the temperature and refresh the environment. Even if you have aircon in there for the parents will lower your electricity costs and make it more pleasant! Learnt this on both sides of the world! Best wishes, Josephine

It looks very similar. And this sari sari stores really always give credits! They have a whole book full of debts from customers! I was shocked to see that 😮 But Ariel said all do it. I am curious how much people pay back their debts. Of course you do, please don't understand me wrong. But I am sure not all can because of poverty and a Sari Sari store has also to survive. Thank you so much! Yes, we had a Sari Sari store for one year before we changed to CZcams (that is the building we are currently changing into the small house). We also had a book for credit and most people payed it. If it was piling up too much, we stopped credit for two, three days until it was better again. But a store like that is really keeping you busy! I really would like to collab too, hope we can do that in the future ☺️👍
