What I Eat In A Day (While Pregnant)/VLOG!

- Hey everyone!
We are officially only 3 months out from having our sweet little boy! I truly don't know where the time has gone, and I know it's not going to slow up anytime soon! I have been loving every single minute of pregnancy, and I feel blessed to even be able to say that! This little boy has taken it nice and easy on me... I hope he can keep it up through labor and delivery!
I have shared in posts that I like to eat (relatively) healthy and stay active, i've always been active since a child! I knew going into my pregnancy I didn't want to stop, in fact it's more important than ever to me now! I have my little Angel to take care of! I've gotten a bunch of comments and messages on CZcams and Instagram asking what my eating is like during pregnancy, so I decided to film a whole day of eating while being 6 months pregnant!
DISCLAIMER: Not everyday is "this healthy" or organized eating. I'm a human (a pregnant human at that) so I definitely let myself indulge and have my junk and sweets as well, I just really try to do it in moderation and luckily I have had the stomach to eat healthy so I figured that makes it even easier to stay on track. I know it's not like this for everyone! Somedays are definitely survival, but the day I filmed this video is exactly what I ate. Normally the start of the week is my healthiest then I fall off into the weekend because I want to enjoy!!!

I agree! Chobani yogurt is so good! You can sweeten it with organic raw honey to help get rid of the after taste. Raw honey is a good sweetener and is loaded with antioxidants! Also try adding a drop of vanilla extract! Love watching you and Matt! And baby Royce growing!
I walked a couple miles a day too! I should pretend I'm pregnant as I would eat healthy every day and exercise! One has a tendency to get a little lazy at times when you're retired. Lol it's awesome Matt is involved in every step. It strengths a marriage.

i cannot believe you're 26 weeks already. Royce's baby bump is adorable on you. i love how you are so in tune nutritionally and physically to benefit Royce and you. Also how Matt kind of hoovers watching out for you. Then how you both get right out together in the morning and walk together in the afternoon, that's fantastic! I'm actually going to suggest this to my husband and we've been married 23 years. This will solve the he's a morning person and wants to go right out in the morning where I'm a night person so I enjoy walking or doing things in the afternoon to evening.

Omg I love you guys!! The best part was comparing your belly to Winnie the Pooh. So cute!!! Your dinner looked delicious too!!! That yogurt and granola!!! Yum!!! A 3 mile walk with your best friend and soon you guys can push Royce in a stroller!! Oh, 25 years ago I use Avent brand bottles. :)

If you like pineapple, watermelon or black cherry, the hint water is amazing! Matt might like those if he doesn’t like drinking plain water. You look so good Alexa! I love the little crop top. (Royce in there peeking out…lol).

I’m the complete opposite I prefer having a quiet morning practicing piano - no one talk to me hahaha 🤪 it takes a while to warm up my social meter…I’m basically a feral cat 😂 Anyways, loving your bumpdate videos Alexa and I also attended Matt’s online reading today and I’m booked for his last one before the paternity leave. I love this. You are eating one yummy stuff! That breakfast looked amazing. So great you guys walk together. My hubby can't walk very far now and I really miss that time. Also agree w the getting out of the house. I work from home and it's easy to get in a slump. New coffee shop going in down the street and I look forward to going before work. No Starbucks here...closest one is about 45 min drive.

It's okay to enjoy sometimes not worrying. You will lose the weight especially if you breast feed. It helps tremendously.
