Pirton Court North is a substantial part of a Grade 2* Listed Court House which has origins dating back to the Domesday book. The property has been altered over the centuries and predominantly retains a distinctive 17th century character where the towering North-East and long South-West “wings” weave harmoniously to create the grand archetypal Tudor homestead. The interior is enhanced by its historic features with fine rooms with high ceilings and imposing decorative fireplaces. With large exposed oak timbers, much is wrapped in delightful oak panelling adorned by flag stone, timber and parquet flooring. This stunning 6-bedroom property stands in approximately 2.5 acres with a “dry-moat” and impressive driveway. The current owners have sensitively complemented the property with contemporary bathrooms and outstanding décor, whilst creating formal gardens and entertaining areas in the grounds.

Fabulous house...If I owned it I would NOT want to sell it!! Incidentally what is the guide price for the property....I notice that on most video's asking prices are not mentioned, but personally I think that this is an important point...reminds me of a London joke, if you have to ask the price you obviously cannot afford it!!

Great looking property. But, unfortunately, the presentation does not tell us what "substantial part" means. Are there two parts or ten? Nor does the presentation tell us if the "freehold" applies to the land, and, if so, on a shared basis. Is the parking area shared? I suppose the drive must be shared.
