For the Justina players trying to learn from the video, when I did the combo with staff hop, it has a very specific timing. Freeze works by encasing the opponent in ice until you do a threshold of damage to them or until the timer runs out. If I just released the staff hop as soon as possible or didnt space for it at all, I would do enough damage to knock them out of the freeze due to the damage threshold, but the hop wont stagger them and they will be able to dodge out or parry me. Because of this I aim for a specific window of time with my hop. For an extremely short amount of time after the freeze duration ends, the opponent can't do any actions, allowing you to stagger them. If you go on super slow mo in the video, you can see I aim to hit the staff hop the exact moment the freeze duration ends to make sure I can get the followup off without getting punished for it. It can take a while to practice, and I am still not the best at it nor am I the best at Justina but with some time, you can begin to learn the timing for it too!

I identified that you had V1 because you had 3 dashes instead of 2, and you froze him while he was charging his gold attack, I thought V1 can only freeze ppl who are white or not doing any animation. Thank you and your videos have started to give me motivation to improve :)
He hadn't held his attack long enough to get the gold frames yet so I was able to freeze him. Thanks for watching and im glad my videos could motivate you!

yeah they do 1-2 every season at least. They even come back sometimes (like the bruce lee collab coming up)

she had released her focus attacks. for the first focus attack, i timed it to parry at the very beginning of her focus, and on the second, I used a hold dodge to get out of the focus attack's first few active frames and parried the lingering frames of the focus as soon as I was able
