Those MGMs are complicated. I have the 8S esc from them and it took a about 2 weeks for me to figure out how to get it up and running good. MGM has great customer service. I'd contact them. They're communication is excellent and they even had people call me and walk me through the stuff I didn't understand (which was a lot...LOL)
That thing looks like a ton of fun. I would have to go straight to a Max4/560kv combo. Even a Max5/800kv would be a blast. Add a Gravedigger body and you have a very cool, head turning LCG Primal,
I ran those hard rubber tires and the traction was horrible on everything but grass. They are so hard it just shakes your whole car. They are good or speed runs on grass but if the car's front wheels spool out at high speed the rubber will rip off. They also feel like driving on hard castor tires like a home depot wood cart or hard forklift tires, lol.

Warum willst du ein MGM Antrieb gegen Hobby Wing antrieb austauschen, Ist das nicht ein wenig gaga? Man muss erst einmal die Software kennenlernen und einarbeiten bevor man ein Urteil bildet.. Was den Lehner Motor angeht, der ist über über jeden Zweifel erhaben, habe etwa 10 davon und nutzte die seit knappen 20 Jahren.. Der MGM Riegler die Software ist mindestens genauso entwickelt wie das von Castle Mamba hobbywing und Co. eine neue Software kennenzulernen braucht Zeit
Can you explain some more about the linear motor setup? I seen sparks has one on his raminator, and mentioned that they're expensive but nothing about tech stuff on it
They are supposed to be the very best, however the newer ones are sensored, this one is not. I do believe that the newest MAX4/560 offering is better suited to most BIG enthusiasts and way cheaper. If given a choice, between the two I'd go with Hobbywing as its easier to setup, tougher, and water proof. I have a feeling I will break this esc.

@@ExocagedRC yea true sorta🤨,but im subd to a few channels with vids like this i cant support all of the channels i like 😢 and between you and me they arent as good of a channels/vids i wouldnt spend money on them... maybe this channel tho it limits who sees them tho too lol🤷♂️😒
about the same size but this outperforms the DBXLE, The DBXLE is almost not a losi if that makes any sense, real losi TLR is very VERY good stuff like this one
@ExocagedRC im running max4 with the LMT 3080 875kv having good results my dbxle has hit 91mph off road now and can do this back to back till the battery dies. Max4 at 12s is superior than MGM at 12s. Your not running crazy gear ditch the mgm if your not going 15s and put the max4 and let it rip no messing around with complicated settings. Ota programmer for data logging and boom of you go😂💯like a rocket i blew up max4 once but that was due to loose wiring and poor solder my error and hobbywing replaced and the max4 has been solid ever since !!
So your Max4 handles the Lehner motor fine? I feel this current setup would kill the front tires if I really got on it. I stuffed the center diff with earplugs too. I do like the Max4 a lot but this is new for me so I'll give it an honesty try.

I'm not gonna swap this out until I break the ESC, I don't feel its tough enough for big basher stuff. I can't get past the first page on the tuning program on the PC. It knows the esc is there. I gotta get back into it and figure it out.

The memberships are as low as $2 a month. Thats not enough to buy a drink at a gas station. Sometimes they get videos a week or two in advance.

I have thought of that here. I did the MAx5G2 and 800kv in the Xmaxx and its awesome, the issue is holding the batteries down.
