This hypothesis really has nothing to do with anything.
Rumors have it Rob waited until the last minute to join the cast and Amber wasn't coming without him. Which is why cutting Tina and Hatch to make room for them makes sense.
@@SouthernSkeptic hatch was never considered, he talks tons of shit, has been in tons of legal incidents, isnt in shape anymore, and after the dan incident they didnt want to bring him back because of the sue incident, tina was probably cut for amber though
@@bradymosberger6271 Survivor doesn't care if you are in shape or not, that's on the individual person to get in shape or not. You hear many returnee players say how they got back in shape for the season. His legal incidents are things in the past too so who cares about those things that have been dealt with. It was 100% due to what happened in season 39.

The rumors of a Legends season is so damn strong I can't wait until it actually happens. I think they would have to rebrand it though because you can't have an All Legends season without some winners that said after season 40 they are 100% retiring.
I thought there was already a Legends season, called Heroes vs Villains.
A Legends season that doesn't include Boston Rob, Parvati, Sandra, Tyson, Jeremy, Tony, Sarah will be severely lacking. But at the same time I doubt any of these would be brought back because of WAW. On top of that CBS seems to have something against Hatch. So who would be on a Legends season? Cirie, Ozzy, Andrea, Malcolm plus random filler others? Casting sounds like Game Changers part 2.
@@bc5163 I think Heroes vs Villains happened too early in Survivor to be called Legends. IMO I think it's really hard to be a legend in 1 season unless you do something incredible like Russell's Samoa or Tony's Cagayan. BUT those 2 guys ended up coming back multiple times so continued play plus furthering their reputation cements their legend status.
I doubt any of those people you mentioned from WAW will return, unless the money is big enough. Tony said that. The OGs like Parvati, BR & Sandra are retired. I think a Legends season can still happen but not be called that since you have to have some winners come back. I hope there are enough players to pool from to make it a better cast than Game Changers. Maybe get some winners who were not on WAW. Do what you have to do to patch things up with Hatch so he returns. Get other OGs like Lex.

The fact that you get 4 family members this year makes me think that this season is somewhat rigged for Boston Rob, obviously it could be Amber there at the family visit or they picked 4 in preparation in case one of them gets there, but come on man

As much as I love Russell, you can still hear the envy in his voice about Sandra. Edge of Extinction exists to break you, and has a built-in mechanic for the castaways to leave at any point. Doesn`t fit the definition of quitting.

@@trollwayy5981 well whether or not you change your mind doesn't matter to me. But when someone uses the "you can leave anytime" mechanic put there by the producers AFTER they've already been voted off, is not quitting the game.
Cody Rickert They’re still in the game right? If so, which they are, rhetorical question, wouldn’t parleying out of the game be quitting.. I don’t understand how you can throw your hands up in the air and leave the game, when you have an opportunity to get back in, even though her chance was slim to none, and still have people say that it’s not quitting. Can you explain this to me.. and fuck off, I don’t care about your opinion on changing mine, that’s a bit aggressive dontcha think?
