- This vlog shows a visit to Simrane, a long-established fabric & home furnishing shop established in 1970 in the Saint-Germain-des-Prés district for over 50 years.
The shop is visited by Parisians, Parisiennes, interior designers, film crews, artists, fashionistas and other fashion-conscious people from all over the world.
The items are made from colourful and beautiful Indian fabrics, all carefully sewn by artisan hands, and the shop now has two shops on rue Bonaparte.
As well as interior items, the range includes kitchen linen and fashion items such as dresses, shirts and scarves.
We hope you will enjoy shopping with us in this wonderful shop, where you will want to have everything.

Mamiko, I recently met you by chance, I've seen several of your videos in a couple of days, because I stayed at home, I wasn't in very good health, nothing serious. I have loved them a lot: when you go to the used markets, when you have visited other French houses, when you make us see different stores and everything you buy, it is a lot of fun! I also really like when you show us your recipes and the moments of conversation you spend with your husband Tsu-san, I enjoy them. Thank you for sharing the moments of your lives in Paris and other French cities. Surely part of the interest, to see how you who are Japanese live in another country, in a European city, completely different in culture and way of life from where you come from, is because I'm Peruvian, live in Rome, Italy, and perhaps they unite us feelings of discovering new places, trying to adapt in the best way to enjoy them on a daily basis. Hi from Australia. Watching you go through that shop was exciting. I wanted a few things myself, those table mats were very nice but the patterns looked English. William Morris designs. The whole shop was super chic. You made me laugh a lot and your husband was patient with the way you kept changing your mind. The two of you work well together. Enjoy you purchases.❤😊
