UPDATE: Verify the cofferdams haven't lost their integrity waterborne. Shipping must have cracked the glue on my aft cofferdam and the model started taking on water. Caught it quick and used the Shipping bolts cut to a shorter length with plumbers tape and all set!
A lovely model. Look forward to seeing her sailing on your pond. That will be very impressive. Hope you get a smoke system installed.

I just got mine today, and haven't unpacked her yet so this video was very helpful to see what to expect
Thanks Steve. As you unpack her you'll notice that there are shipping bolts through the hull. They built little cofferdams on the interior over these holes. One of mine failed and was seeping water into the hull. I cut one of the bolts down in length, used some plumbers tape and the plastic washer to close off the hole. Problem solved. Cheers

I love the Missouri and I have both, but the Titanic is simply stunning.

Hi! Does the aft of the promenade deck bow as well as the 1/200. The reason I asked is because I just ordered the same model 1/150 and haven’t arrived yet. Wanted to know if I have to make a modification like you did in your previous one. Thanks!
