Lovely home as in all of your videos. I enjoy your videos but too often I want to watch them muted. I know how royalty free music works, however it would be so nice if you would switch up the music to a song that is as long as your videos and alternate songs. The track that you play is utterly redundant. Other than that, great videos. That's why I subscribed.

Beautiful ... i tend to like most videos, however the homes with the Master Bedroom "upstairs" are more to my liking.
-Mark, why would people be comfortable with their master bedroom downstairs and they own a two story home?
It depends on the part of the country (US), you live in. Here in Dallas TX, it's common for masters to be on the first floor. When I lived in NY, it was more common for masters to be upstairs. I've had masters on the 2nd and 1st. I like having the master on the 2nd and guest room on the 1st. Your guests would have no need to go upstairs and your upstairs would be more private. However, we decided to get a master on the 1st because we plan to retire in our current home. As you age it may become difficult to go up and down the stairs. My mother who lives in a NYC apt, on the 3rd floor, complains that going up and down the stairs is hard on her joints. Having the master on the 1st makes your living easier because it will be like living in a single story home. Everything will be on the 1st level. As our boys get older, since the upstairs has the guest room and it's own media room, they can have friends over and hangout upstairs most of the time - out of our way. The 1st floor belongs to me and my husband and the boys can have free reign of the upstairs.
