I’d like to believe him but that Eagles jersey says he’s been misled before.
Fucking underrated comment bro! Hilarious!
😂 ouch
Lol
It's a shirt
BEAST MODE!
Do more of these short videos I love when people can see our craft in construction
You would be much faster if you kept your gun at the drywall and brought your screws to the gun. The only time your hand should drop is to grab another handful of screws. Takes practice.
Ha yea told him the same thing.
How to get herniated disc in your spine by yourself 👏👏👏👏👏
My guy you are the king of hanging sheetrock 👑
I like the blowing in the hand after throwing the hammer like he gotta cool his fingers for that electric drill/screwdriver
Stevie Ray Vaughan oh, hell yeah!
Yeh man srv the man!
I do this all the time, not just dry wall.. But any other thing that on the work site where im alone... Have to improvise and improve.. Great stuff
Improvise a messed up back in the future just be smart in lifting and Turing while carrying you’ll f yourself up I’m sure you’re aware
Well done young man!!
Only an actual skilled tradesman would appreciate this. Most commenters here couldn't even buy a clue.
Where can I get drywall that doesn’t bend or flex when you lift it over your head?
Get you some 5/8
In America
You can get it when you don't cheap out and get the lowest priced institution-grade shit from the hardware store. At the very least, if money is tight, buy the good stuff for the ceiling and the cheap stuff for the walls.
Pretty much everywhere that sales drywall. It’s the thickness that determines how flexible it is. Not to mention how heavy it is. Fernando is right 5/8.
@@ElPadrino610 that was 5/8. It always flexes. No way around it.
Ever heard of a "deadman"
SMGDH
Great job dude, was just hanging sheets yesterday. Nothing like hanging ceilings, now can tell you that
Nice toolbelt glad to see that it works for hammers
yeah , pulls a muscle on his back , off work for 6 weeks , all because hes trying to be the big man .. cant stand guys like this on site
Shiiiiii back in the day we didn’t have screwguns! I’ve done that with hammer and nails on stilts! Try 5/8” green rock bro that’s where it gets fun! Lol
@The devil is in the details it really redefines the definition of hard work lol. I did it for a few years right after high school. I was probably in the best shape of my whole life back then.
Mr board is not for ceilings period an inspector will make you pull it down and rehang it with whiteboard or den armor if you're worried about moisture
Back hurts just from watching this dude. Those sheets aren’t that heavy but after a while they take a toll on you.
Hell yea back in the day…..sometimes I miss it other times I dont
So how long until we get the story about someone falling through their drywall ceiling?
What’s your ceiling made from?
That’s not by himself he had all those nails helping him
facts i was thinkin the same shit
That is some fucking excellent workmanship
Stud.....well done this is way way way harder then people seem to wana think
Or you can rent a drywall lift from Home Depot for $30.
He is on a platform lift. So genius, how the fuck would you hang sheets, on the lid, while being on the lift???
You can always tell by the comments whose been on a real job site. I mean shit dude, I'm a sparky and know more about what you can and cannot do while hanging drywall. Fucking keyboard commandos. SMFH
Show me how he does it where theres no vertical walls to put nails on
A T'd out 2x4 works great 👍
I loved every minute of it!!! I used this method a lot to help support one side why I work on the other side!!!
What about if you have a larger room?
I like that hes working too stevie Ray Vaughan playing in the background..
No wonder why houses in usa gets destroyed by first stronger wind xd
Huh? Speek anglish boye
Nice screwing off lol but interesting technique I'll give you that but will it work on 12 or 14 foot sheets no not without great difficulty and many broken sheets but most tapers would sooner punch you in the face before taping and finishing a house filled with 8 foot sheets and a million butt joints lol but it is a handy trick for small jobs
I just wanna know what attachment he has on his drill
Sheet rock screw guns have a pressure clutch built in that only spins the head once pressure is applied that way you can hold the trigger and put on screws fast.
It's a special bit made for sheetrock screws that puts them at the perfect depth every time without worrying about shooting through. You can buy them in a four pack at your local hardware store.

Another suggestion for the video’s tittle “Bid gone wrong: not enough to pay a helper “
It's not an attachment... It's the entire drill from dewalt that is made for sheet rocking
Love the Srv music in the background!
