It’s necessary for converting to morph for rotation and for uplifting in other directions.

Why it doesn’t rotate for me in the end?

try to group it and select around to rotate.

when I merge file and go to AutoCAD appear the file locked by another application how can I solve please

You have to close the AutoCad file first then you insert the file in archicad, after that you need to check for grouping to change the size.
