Even if it is one company, Lineage has acquired many companies and in our case, part of the sale was to keep all benefits we had with the previous owners. We are lucky because we are teamsters, and Lineage kept the collective agreement,and same benefits, salaries and positions the employees had. I have heard that many other locations are not union. All depends on what area you will be working!

I find it very interesting that you guys disable comments. You guys are not providing what's necessary for your employees to succeed in the work place.

They can't even provide potable water for employees.

@@arturovilla6981 As employee in Australia they pay great almost $50hr for Night Shift but then look at USA rates and it's like WTF.
